ABOUT: This film serves to convey the feeling of coming together as a community to create a work of public art focused on diversity, inclusion and belonging and ​inspired by ʻōlelo noʻeau #1236: I mohala no ka Lehua i ke ke`eke`ehi `ia e ka ua. (Lehua blossoms unfold because the rains tread upon them. It is the rain that brings forth the lehua blossoms. So do gentle words bring forth much that is desired).

ABOUT: This film serves to introduce the inception of our Hui Mo‘olelo program and new direction to position kūpuna stories as the foundation for community driven public art pieces; as well as a new partnership with Ball State University who have adopted us as their Masters Thesis Project.
